IES faculty, as well as course options at the prestigious *Humboldt Universität zu Berlin*, will facilitate a unique academic experience and provide you with new perspectives both in and out of class. Through comparative and interdisciplinary courses, you'll study topics such as cultural identity, popular culture, and urban development, to better understand the modern city, its politics, and culture. Explore the city's architecture as you learn about urban development and sustainable mobility, discuss concepts of urban governance, or explore Jewish life and culture in the city.
